Can you list how many other single stage presses this compact are made from iron and not alum? This would work well for loading 'on the road'. They have an exceedingly good rep in the shotshell loading community, and that goodwill will likely spill over to this new press... I think they should have made a single stage press with a Turret . Not something that just takes one die. About 20 years ago. Thats what I ment by a little to little and a little to late . Lyman's T-Mag is also a cast iron press, and a fine turret press also. Far more desirable than the new MEC single stage press. Just as portable, and actually allows for setting up two calibers, fully adjusted. As already stated, it's about 30 to 40 years too late in the game.
