Trigger Mike Posted January 24, 2017 Posted January 24, 2017 I'm wondering will the patriots underestimate the falcons like green bay did? I'm hoping that they do, I'm also hoping the falcons don't get cocky and take the patriots serious. the last time they went to the bowl they were cocky. the "christian" leader of the team got popped for prostitution, michael vic was cocky like normal and the falcons got their empty plate handed back to them Quote
Blackwater 53393 Posted January 24, 2017 Posted January 24, 2017 They might be. I don't think that Green Bay underestimated the Foulcans. I think that they were perhaps undermanned with at least fifteen regular season starters on IR or in the ranks of the walking wounded! Might be a good idea to not underestimate the Brady Bunch since they will be at full strength, give or take Gronkowski!! I'm not a fan of either! Quote
Noz Posted January 24, 2017 Posted January 24, 2017 The Patriots seem to have the attitude that the other team is simply an obstacle that they must work around. They seem to patiently do that work around and go on to win. Quote
Marshal Mo Hare, SASS #45984 Posted January 24, 2017 Posted January 24, 2017 Belllicheck does not let them get cocky. If the Falcons are smart the game will be decided on the last play. Well, the play before the "take a knee" plays. Quote
Smokin Gator SASS #29736 Posted January 24, 2017 Posted January 24, 2017 Someone has to lose. Doesn't mean it was because they were to cocky. Quote
Pat Riot Posted January 24, 2017 Posted January 24, 2017 The Patriots won't be cocky...just over inflated....hardy, har, har :-) This time..., Quote
Seldom Seen #16162 Posted January 24, 2017 Posted January 24, 2017 Well since the Packers are out of it I don't have a dog in this fight BUT I would love for the Pats to win just to watch Goodall's face when he has to give them the Superbowl trophy. Quote

Loophole LaRue, SASS #51438 Posted January 24, 2017 Posted January 24, 2017 Rumor has it that Goodell will not show.... After two play-off games in a row at Atlanta, and no other NFL games to attend for cover, Goodell is headed for the Puppy Bowl. LL Quote
El Hombre Sin Nombre Posted January 24, 2017 Posted January 24, 2017 It's pretty easy to be confident when you've figured out how to out cheat your opponent. Quote
