Are polycase bullets SASS legal?

I was watching InrangeTV discussing a new type of polymer/copper bullet and half way through the video they mention using these in CAS matches.

Apparently not, according to the Shooter's Handbook, page 12:

 

"Revolver and rifle ammunition may not be jacketed, semi-jacketed, plated, gas checked, or copper washed. It must be all lead. Molydisulfide, polymer coated bullets, or equivalents are acceptable"

BTW: There are still max velocities stated. It is a bust that way too.
