Nasty Newt # 7365
This afternoon I got a notice from Midway that they had 9 oz Trail Boss in stock at $16.99. I picked up a few. There was no indication how many they had.

Frontier Lone Rider
I just went to a gun show here in West Virginia today and several vendors had every type of powder that you might want, plus, plenty of primers. Federal Primers were scarce, but their were plenty of most other brands. Of course, the price has climbed ever since Obama was elected. Rooster Ron Wayne
I dont use Trail Boss Powder . Never understand why 9oz of powder cost the same or more Then one pound of powder ?
J.W. Sinclair
A 9 oz. can of Trail Boss doesn't cost the same or more than a pound of other powder. I bought two 9 oz. cans just the other day for $15.26 a piece. That would be $25.70 a pound. Even at the 9 oz. price that is only 1.48 cents per round of .38 Special. I can load just over 1150 rounds from a 9 oz. can. And I bought 5 pounder for $105 recently. Actually, I got two of them.
