Forty Rod SASS 3935 Posted December 7, 2016 Posted December 7, 2016 I'll bet that didn't happen as a result of a popular vote. Shouldn't be that hard to get donations to cover it and let the taxpayers off the hook. Quote
Wolfgang, SASS #53480 Posted December 7, 2016 Author Posted December 7, 2016 Does seem a bit expensive . . . . . But interesting none the less . . . . . Quote
Tennessee Stud Posted December 9, 2016 Posted December 9, 2016 A couple of years ago... seven of us rode the "Outlaw Trail" through up through Utah into Wyoming. Had to get a buncha permissions beforehand... even had to pay some fees to some folks. Was gonna ride over to Circleville to visit that cabin... but it was way too far off the trail... and woulda cost us another week. Would have loved to see that cabin and camped nearby. We couldn't ride the whole length the "Trail" as that is well over a thousand miles... as described in Robert Redford's book... 'cause we only had a month... but we rode 'bout 750 miles. Had fun... made good time without gallop or lopin' them horses. Horses enjoyed it, too... specially my best friend, Cowboy. ts Quote
