Marshal Mo Hare, SASS #45984
Well, Hilary has not been in the top 2000 girls names for many years. In 2016 Hilary was #10818 in the list of boy's names however. Donald has been in the range of #400-700 for many years for boy's names. And hovering in the 10000+ area for girls

A good Irish name, Declan. St. Declan of Ardmore, 5th century. Troparion, in the 4th tone. Thou wast a bright light in Ireland before the days of Saint Patrick, O holy Father Declan. Thou didst travel in Europe and return to found a monastery where thou wast ever kind to the poor. We praise thee, O glorious Hierarch.
