Can anyone tell me how to get real person on the phone at Amazon?

 

They gave me a new password and it doesn't work. Now my old password doesn't work, either.

 

They sure make it hard to spend money with them.

When you et their voicemail asking what you want scream that you want to talk to a human. SOmetimes it works

Amazon has always been easy. Call them leave your # and they get back to you in minutes without sitting on hold

Kind of moot now anyway. I spent my money someplace more user friendly.

I just googled "amazon phone number" and in big, bold, black numbers it showed this:

I might be delighted with their customer service if I could find a freakin' number for them...and if my password didn't get changed every four months or so... and if they would put simple info like measurements, etc. in the ad.

Relax brother.. changing passwords is standard procedure, seems everyone else found it instantaneously. Something else is going on nobody stays this worked up over little schitt.. I know you think you are one of the big dogs on here and thinking I care where you shop is silly shop anydamnwhere you please.
