Don't know if we've any pard around Pigeon Forge and/or Gatlinburg, but apparently there are some wild fires burning real close to both towns. Hashknife Cowboy Posted November 29, 2016 Share Posted November 29, 2016 I live in the largest stand of ponderosa pine forest in the U.S. When the snows are light and we have a mild winter, June is the scariest month of the year. Wild fires are terrifying! To see the wrath of destruction is hard to accurately describe. My heart goes out to each and every one in harm way. Prayers are needed to help with the worry, stress and overall feeling of helplessness that wild fire brings. May God answer all the prayers and keep the firefighters, law enforcement personnel and multitudes of volunteers safe. Lets pray for rain also....
