Good Afternoon Folks:

Paring down the collection a bit.

These are guns I've had for a while (in some case many years) and just don't shoot.

So, I wanna sell 'em & move on.

This is a pair of Pietta 1851 Dance Brothers Revolvers in 44 caliber

If I remember correctly, these were purchased either new or unfired., and sent off to Colorado Coffinmaker

He did action work and installed Cap Rakes.

I intended to shoot them, but never have, because two of my 20+ other cap guns always seem to get preference on shooting days.

Specifics:

8 inch barrel -- excellent bore

.451 or .454 round ball

Factory nipples

Coffinmaker's Cap Rakes installed (post in the hammer channel -- see pic)

Coffinmaker's action work -- very smooth & buttery feeling

Date codes are "CF" & "CI" = 2010 & 2012 dates of manufacture

$700 shipped to you where legal.

Thanks for looking

These Dance and Bros (repro) guns are unique (I love the history behind firearms from the War of Northern Aggression) and certainly these are a great looking pair. These are also not easy to find.

T'would make someone a very classy duo of black powder shooters!

Love them old odd-ball replicas . . . . . but once I got Original New Model Armys . . . . that are shootable . . . I lost interest in shooting replicas.

Am giving away another of very nice ( like NEW and unturned ) of my Pietta '58s to a buddy for Xmas . . . . . . I'm making a nice presentation case for it right now.

Yep, they're different

Interested folks can think about it for the next coupla weeks.

We're off to Lake Tahoe, California for the holidays.

Let me know anytime before the first, and I'll set them aside for ya

Thanks
