Drop-in part with only minor fitting on the gun back-straps. No material removed from hammers other than minor polishing on the sides. Couple of minor scratches from normal use. Hammers worked fine ... I just prefer the taller stock hammers for my hands. You can view them on the Taylors website linked under Runnin Iron, then spare hammers.
