Cat Brules
The enduring attraction of the original M7 actually IS its faithful adherence to the plot and the story line of Akira Kurosawa's, "Seven Samurai." Although that connection may not be well known, the story line is very powerful. Elmer Berstein's sweeping musical score has also memorialized the film in the minds of many. M7 without that glue to hold it together likely will become an unmemorable collection of violent scenes. I guess we'll see.
Singin' Sue 71615
I believe our very own SASSMounted shooter Serisota Slim (?) aka Jim Holliman worked as a Wrangler on this film. Any one know more??
Nimble Fingers SASS# 25439
I always loved the Marlboro Man because of the music! Never did get into smoking and even chuckled when I told my son that cigarettes at one time didn't have a filter. But seeing "him" out by the campfire watching the cattle listening to that soundtrack! Those were fond memories. Nimbles
