Smoken D Posted June 27, 2016 Share Posted June 27, 2016 From K.C.MO.P.D. Retired Captain Edward Hasenyager who retired from the department July 29, 1977 passed away June 24, 2016. He was born Novenber 11, 1922 and was appointed to the department Sept. 3, 1946. (70 years ago) He was the last surviving officer who responded to the Paseo Massacre in 1948.
