A Good Explanation of the Ninth Circuit's Ruling

Below is a good explanation of the Ninth Circuits twisted logic. Bottom line is very simple to understand: They just ignored the wording and intent of the Second Amendment driving home their liberal agenda.

 

There will come a time when logic demands that we ignore such "rulings" from agenda driven courts and lawmakers!

It seems to me even worse. The wording of the ruling suggest that those judged are laboring under the false belief that the Bill of Rights grants rights. If a right isn't listed, then the people don't have it.

That is just backwards, if it isn't specifically prohibited, then the people have that right. See the 9th Amendment.
