Boulder Canyon Bob# 32052L Posted June 10, 2016 Share Posted June 10, 2016 I managed to break the handle on my screwknife, emailed Tom @ Redwing to see about having him put a new handle on it. Next day he called and said they're guaranteed as long as he is alive. If I sent in right away, he'd get it done before he leaves for EOT. Sent it on Mon, he called and got it on Wed and it came back today with a very nice note and a present he said was for my inconvenience. Not only that he sent a new knife.
