Smoken D
I remember dad's writings, said they jumped behind enemy lines in the early dark hours, (600 feet) lost for several hours, ( 5 miles off from the L.P.) then went and took the bridge. Each generation in our country has produced it's greatest. May they still be great.

Red Gauntlet , SASS 60619
Yes, bless them all. My most senior law partner, over 94 years old, was a submariner who went on four war patrols in the Western Pacific and the Sea of Japan. He is very close to the end now. He was 23 when the War ended. So few left, now.
