Jim No Horse, aka Tusco Horse, aka Honorary JEDI #222, or as his nurses call him, Chemo Sabe,

asked for prayers this evening.

He said he got a cut on his hand that got infected.

He had Chemo Thursday and now has blood poisoning in his wrist and arm.

He's back in bed & on antibiotics.

I feel like I know him, though we have never met.

Did you see the YouTube video his family and childhood friends posted about him?

Wow!! He has lots of people that care for him & love him.

He's a rich man for having such friends.

Anyway, keep him in your prayers and perhaps we might add others to this thread that need our prayers.

.....................

"Somebody's Prayin'"

Somebody's prayin, I can feel it

Somebody's prayin' for me

Mighty hands are guiding me

To protect what I can't see

Lord I believe, Lord I believe

That somebody's prayin', for me.

Angels are watchin', I can feel it

Angels are watchin' over me

There's many miles ahead 'til I get home

Still I'm safely kept before your thrown

'Cause Lord I believe, Lord I believe

Your angels are watchin' over me.

Well, I've walked through barren wilderness

When my pillow was a stone

And I've been through the darkest caverns

Where no light had ever shown.

Still I went on 'cause there was someone

Who was down on their knees

And Lord. I thank you for those people

Prayin' all this time for me.

Somebody's prayin', I can feel it

Somebody's prayin' for me

Mighty hands are guiding me

To protect me from what I can't see

Lord I believe, Lord I believe

Somebod's prayin' for me...

Jim, get up here to Cheyenne Wyoming and shoot Hell On Wheels, June 17th-19th and you can shoot on our dime. Just show up and we'll take care of your match fees and feed you one of the best steaks you've ever tasted. Then you can head down to EOT from here, it's around 600 miles to FR.

Assassin...that is one very generous offer. I lived in Steamboat Springs Colorado for 20 years and used to get into Wyoming often. EOT is going to be about all I can handle as I just don't have the endurance to shoot even a full weekend match right now. I will take a rain check on that steak though...lol.. Again...thank you for your generous offer...have heard good things about Hell on Wheels and never expected an invitation. Thank you so much...Jim

Injury oozing yuck this morning...hand, wrist and arm swelling again. Back to the Doctors for a change of antibiotics I guess. They wanted me in the hospital for IV antibiotics but my last trip to the hospital I caught pneumonia and near died of complications. Think I would rather be home with pills and Netflix....lol....Thanks all for your thoughts and prayers....Jim

Are you getting any sleep?

How's your pain level?

Lord,

Please help Jim get some rest today.

Please take away the pain and heal the infection.

Provide for his finances and give wisdom to his doctors.

Comfort him today and put a hedge of protection around him.

Show him he is loved today.

In Jesus name we pray.

Jim,

How's the swelling in your hand?

Will you have Chemo on Thursday as planned?

Jim responded by PM that his hand is still swollen & Chemo moved to next week.

Since he didn't respond on here, I guess he is tired of being in the spotlight, but we're in this with him for the long haul, aren't we?

I know that when we aren't feeling well, we sometimes get tired of talking about it and want to be left alone. We just want to crawl up in bed and lock the door. I understand.

Jim, just know we are praying for you every day.

I Need You More...

More Than Yesterday...

I Need You Lord...

More Than Words Can Say...

"I Need You More" sung by Lindell Cooley

i need you more

more than yesterday

i need you lord

more than words can say

i need you more

than ever before

i need you lord

i need you lord

more than the air i breathe

more than the song i sing

more than the next heartbeat

more than anything

and lord as time goes by

ill be by your side

cause i never want to go back

to my old life

right here in your presence

is where i belong

this old broken heart

has finally found a home

and ill never be alone

Jim,

When I was going through some health issues, this song meant a lot to me.

I knew one day there would be "No More Sorrow, No More Pain" and that God was with me every day.

"I Will Rise" by Chris Tomlin

There's a peace I've come to know

Though my heart and flesh may fail

There's an anchor for my soul

I can say "It is well"

Jesus has overcome

And the grave is overwhelmed

The victory is won

He is risen from the dead

And I will rise when He calls my name

No more sorrow, no more pain

I will rise on eagles' wings

Before my God fall on my knees

And rise

I will rise

There's a day that's drawing near

When this darkness breaks to light

And the shadows disappear

And my faith shall be my eyes

Jesus has overcome

And the grave is overwhelmed

The victory is won

He is risen from the dead

And I will rise when He calls my name

No more sorrow, no more pain

I will rise on eagles' wings

Before my God fall on my knees

And rise

I will rise

And I hear the voice of many angels sing,

"Worthy is the Lamb"

And I hear the cry of every longing heart,

"Worthy is the Lamb"

And I hear the voice of many angels sing,

"Worthy is the Lamb"

And I hear the cry of every longing heart,

"Worthy is the Lamb"

And I will rise when He calls my name

No more sorrow, no more pain

I will rise on eagles' wings

Before my God fall on my knees

And rise

I will rise
