El Hombre Sin Nombre Posted February 22, 2016 Share Posted February 22, 2016 I'm not a lawyer, but to me the oral argument by the plaintiff was not all that compelling. The amicus briefs were much better. I hope I am wrong and that the oral arguments were more compelling to the judges than me. I also do not know what else is involved in deciding this type of case.
