We even have unlicensed Concealed Carry and it also was a "Much Ado About Nothing". The hoplophobic hysterics always bleat like sheep when these changes are made. One thing about the police chiefs. They're politicians, and they'll oppose these changes in many cases. The ranks & file on the other hand support them overwhelmingly. Link to comment
