There is only one 66 at the Winchester booth. It is fully engraved and costs $3,000.00+. I'll talk to them tomorrow see when or if there is going to be a more reasonably priced production model. Took a picture but don't know how to post it from my Iphone.

He's generally used to shooting something that fires around 500 rounds per minute or more, 1873 too slow

 

Not exactly, Ian is the master left handed bolt gun manipulator, 1873 too fast.

Looking at the best pictures of the "new" 1866 (so far) it would appear it is a Japanese '66. The extension rod has all that extra Japanese stuff in it.
