I went the cocking lever route on my first Baikal which had a single trigger. Put them in gun opened great and they cocked the hammers/strikers that fire the gun. A month later start having problems then eventually had to rework them finally after the gun screwed up during an annual match I sent t.he gun back with a friend to Johnny. That was probably around 2006 ever since my shotguns either come from him or go through him before I shoot them. He does a wonderful job on the guns he will work on.
