Calamity Kris Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 Uno was in desperate need of some comfort food. I made his favorite, meatloaf, with a twist. 1.5 lbs 90/10 ground beef 1 18 oz package Johnsonville Beer & Bratwurst brats, skinned 1/2 C. total of any amounts of the following: finely chopped black olives, finely chopped green olives with pimentos, finely chopped green onions. 1/2 C grated cheese (I use cheddar/jack but use whatever you like) 1 ex lg egg 1C panko bread crumbs. 2C + of your favorite BBQ sauce Preheat your oven to 400. Thoroughly mix all your ingredients together. If the mix seems too dry, add a splash of milk until it reaches the consistency you desire. (Some folks like their meatloaf runny, others like it dry.) Form your loaf in your pan and pour the BBQ sauce over the top until it is covered with the desired amount. Bake until done (Usually 1 hour, depending on the size and shape of your pan.) Enjoy!!
Sedalia Dave Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 Any leftovers? If there are, several of us will be over after work.

G. I. Tarpicker, SASS #998 Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 That does sound good. This is one of those recipes that calls for the addition of just about anything that sounds good to you. For example, chopped jalapenos and/or diced green chilis. -- GIT
