here's another sure fire method to get rid of this predator- Pass a law that he can't live under your house!

 

if you aren't comfortable with that, then I suggest you take a piece of rope, put some lipstick on the end, cover the rest with super glue and toss it in, when the snake snuggles up, well you've got him!

 

Or you could just hire a concrete company to come pour the foundation full to make it a really thick slab
