He got a reshoot for breaking a gun?

I was wondering that too.

Maybe the real story is that the TO interfered and mongo bashed him over the head with the shotgun.

Some of the clubs around here on a monthly shoot will allow 1 reshoot for a broken gun or ammo related problem.

Arrow have a 97 cowboy ready lol

I've tried to shoot a 97. Think monkey...........football. Good news is I got the broken end of the bolt out without much difficulty and the trigger guard is an acceptable shape (never be the same as it was). I should have the new bolt soon and I'll have this beauty back up and running. I'm tempted to go to the range and sift through the sand and find the missing piece of the stock.

Hombre, if feasible and if it's a big piece I would try to find it and fix if possible. Stocks are the #1 hardest part to find and they have that weak spot at the scalloping, might be worth the effort.

I'll loan you my backup '87 for the state shoots if you need it. :P
