Texas Lizard That may not be a bad thing, TL. Keep things from sliding around. I don't have one but my bed has a sprayed on liner. Rhino liner I believe it is called. Things still slide and move, but law states that all loads MUST BE SECURED. So a little tie down and problem is over.
BONEYARD BILL, SASS #39,030 Posted June 8, 2015 Posted June 8, 2015 A friend of mine has a full size PU and he keeps a garden rake in the back of his truck - (maybe 5 feet long) - and he is very skilled at reaching things that slide around - such as coolers, light tool boxes, etc. A cheap solution to your problem. You don't need to drop the tailgate and climb up in there. - Boneyard Bill
Sedalia Dave Posted June 8, 2015 Posted June 8, 2015 Idea with the bedrug is to stop things from sliding around. One problem is that they will cause the bed to rust. Dirt and moisture get trapped under them promoting corrosion. had a 1 tomn chevy that had a rubber one in the bed. Worked great but I was always having to remove it and dry out the underside.
