Actually I have seen coffee used for cleaning BP-fired brass.

It did a good job.

Does anyone use Brasso in their media?

Nope to the Brasso ...

I just use COFFEE and a squirt of sunlight dish soap now !!!

And yes it does a fine job of cleaning the cases, I leave them in the coffee for the ride home in the

camper the shaking on the drive home seems to do all the work with-out any damage to the brass...

I found a 45 case that had the green stuff from being shot with bp,,,, put in a tin and then filled the case with hot coffee,, couple hours later I dumped it out,,, the green was gone!

terrible waste of good coffee tho!!!!!

even put some grounds in the vibrator with the crushed corn cobs, seemed to work a lil better....seemed to cut down on the dust too..
