Roger Rapid
CCI used to manufacture .38 cal shot shell loads, but it appears that they no longer do. Does anyone have a recipe for making .38 cal "snake loads" with either #8 or #7 shot? If so, please PM me (don't post load data here). Or if you have some CCI .38 cal shot shell loads you want to part with, also PM me. Thx... …RR

Lone Dog, SASS #20401
Are you sure the CCIs are out of print? I still see them on the shelves at local gun shops. May indeed just be new old stock but they look to be the latest new packaging

Rio Brazos Kid
Speer makes shot capsules that you load yourself, with whatever size shot you wish. Generally #9's are the most effective. These capsules have been on the market for many years, and so far as I am aware, they still are. Almost any of the larger reloading supply stores will have them. Chili Ron
Howdy, A quick trip to the cci website shows shotshells right there. I imagine a request at a gunshop might get some in hand. Good luck with that. Best CR
Ya Big Tree
Midway sells Speer shot capsules and loaded shot shells. Nether one is in stock right now in 38/357.
Crisco
Normally the smaller the shot the better the pattern from a pistol. You may have to experiment, but if you can get some #12 shot you may be impressed...
