It is with my deepest heartfelt sympathy's to notify the wire of the loss of one of our great Pard's ..

Ole #7 aka Ron Armstrong..

Passed away this morning at 2 am.. With his wife Mary and family at his side..

He had fought a long hard bout with cancer when the Lord said "Enough..your comin' ta live with me."

He was very instrumental in starting the "Shady Creek Shootist" years ago with the assistance of Dapper

Dan ..

Ole #7 even turned the skeet range he owned at Little York into one of the great CAS ranges in the area..

He was one anybody would be proud to ride the river with..

With prayers and sympathy's for Mary (Muleskinner Mary) and their family..

Rance n' Lacey

You may be thinking of Old #4, who is still alive and kicking as far as I know.

Ole #7 was our own Ron Armstrong, farmer, father, skeet master, range owner, and Cowboy. A finer man you will have trouble finding.
