You need to correct your statement. We like burger under our bacon. DUH!

Very crisp bacon.

Just an observation.

 

Hamburger restaurants that have very crispy bacon usually cook it on the grill very early in the morning (before breakfast) or after the noon rush.

It is placed in large pans and set aside.

Usually and hopefully in a refrigerator for the next day.

Then they get bacon out as needed and warm it up on the grill.

Letting it sit allows the grease to drain off and the bacon becomes crunchy an not covered with grease.

Throw in the oven at 400 for 20 minutes. Put the extras in the freezer till needed. Bacon in every bite.
