I am in need of a Marlin 1894 trigger guard plate screw (the one that goes on the bottom). Brownells, Numrich, Midway and Marlin are all sold out. i have some on backorder with Marlin but it is going to be 30 plus days and I'm leaving for Winter Range next week. If anyone can help me out and spare one from their parts kit I would appreciate it. Thanks you.

If you can't find someone who has an extra, I'd be willing to loan you one. Blue or stainless?

Will the 1894 trigger plate screw interchange with the 336 trigger plate screw? If so there is one on Gun Broker for $5.

Cheatin' I checked the screw in the 1967-vintage 336 my dad has, it is the same as the screw in both my 94s. Looks like the 336, 94 & 95 all use the same screws.

After losing the side screw the weekend before the FL match in 2013, I ordered a full set of screws for the 94, just in case. Having paid 2nd day freight to replace one taught me to have some spares on hand!

I thought they did, but never tried to interchange them. The seller on Gun Broker had the bottom and the side screw for $5 each. They were listed under 336 trigger plate screw.
