Tomorrow is roast marinated wrapped in bacon pork, roasted roots (potatoes and carrots) green beans for a gdaughter that cannot have a meal without them, fruit salad: kiwi, apple, banana, orange, grapes, strawberries, raspberries and a secret honey based topping. Croissants for the bread. Pecan pie and other goodies for desert. Can't eat like that 2 days in a row. Quote

Harvey Mushman Posted December 26, 2014 Posted December 26, 2014 This evening: Shrimp Cocktail, Roast Prime Rib Au Jus (still moo'in, Calico!) with horseradish sauce, fresh green beans w/bacon and red onions, and wild rice w/mushrooms, and Chateauneuf Du Pape wine (wife's fav). Topped it off with a Yule Log cake - YUM! To the salt mines the rest of the year(gym)! Quote
