I'm interested in the 40-65 but would entertain the other calibers as well, like 38-55, 45-70, 45-90. Also reloading components would be a plus if available. I might even consider a different quality type single shot rifle as well. I just have a hankering to shoot a single shot with black powder. Just let me know what you may have or any leads. As in http://www.bpcr.net/ You might want to let us know the maximum range you want to be able to target shoot with that gun. It will make a difference in the caliber and sights you will want, for sure. A Winchester/Browning high-wall (1885) type is probably going to give you the best accuracy, a Sharps is going to really look the part, and a Trapdoor would be a true "way-back machine."
