Warden Callaway
Key Hay, You have a problem that can be fixed. Too bad you let it go so far bad! Give a call, I am only 18 miles away and shoot with you a bit. Ol' #4 Well, what's the problem? And what's the fix?
Billy Bristol
From the marks on the cylinder at the stop notches it looks like your hand was trying to turn the cylinder too far. That in turn caused damage to your bolt also. That can be fixed by any competent gunsmith. Cylinder notches would need to be fixed. New bolt to replace worn one, re-timing and re-finishing. Garrison Joe, SASS #60708
Yep. The bolt top is badly chewed up. Cylinder has been over-throwing. Cylinder slots will have to be cleaned up. New bolt fitted and timing corrected. Ol #4 will set it right! Good luck, GJ
Warden Callaway
Did you happen to dry fire this handgun a lot? I seem to recall that the cylinder spin and lockup timing is different when empty than when loaded?

Compare to your other gun and you'll see what I say. Easy fix-Let #4 show you. LG
