To answer your question, yes: red bags in hospital are specifically for biohazard contaminated material: bag their waste and incinerate it same as any other medical waste. It would work just fine. In my humble opinion -- and opinions is kind of like free advice, which is generally worth the price you paid for it -- yes, it should be incinerated and not flushed.

About twice a day I search for "ebola in the US" "new US ebola cases" and other such. Not finding anything about new cases. Just rehashing old news.

If I were particularly worried about communicable diseses, which I'm not, I'd be a lot more worried about TB, Hepatitus, and MRSA, than Ebola.
