Doc McCoy, SASS #8381
The trip from VT has been faster than we expected. In Amarillo tonight and can easily get there tomorrow. That OK?
Garrison Joe, SASS #60708
Doc, I would be sure it's fine to pull on into Founder's Ranch. Just in case, I'll PM you a phone number for BigHorn, the ranch manager. Give him a call (before 9 PM) and check for sure. We had some local folks who were given permission to pull their rigs out last weekend, and some of the Waddies are already camping. Good luck, GJ
Edward R S Canby, SASS#59971
You can dump your tanks and get fresh water at the TA Truck Stop in Moriarty. After that you might as well head to FR if you can. Coming a week early will help your body acclimate to the altitude and dryness. See you at EOT! Amarillo has some good Texas BBQ. Enjoy some! Also you can visit Long Hunters gun store. Some people on this Wire reported that .22s are available in sporting goods retailers and Wal*Mart in Amarillo. You might try to find some if your .22 supply is low.
