Stained then finished with weather resistant urethane. Upgrades: wood wagon wheels with steel rims. Leather lined upper rack and wool lined lower. This cart is also legal for use in NCOWS. Chain with brass pad lock. New with options this was $550. I will sell for $350 cash. Buyer must pick it up or meet me somewhere near.
