Hoss
I've been using Winchester grey wads for my shotgun loading. Can't seem to find any now. Any suggestions on a substitute wad for loading 7/8 oz loads?

John Henry Quick
If you get really hard up, a 1/8" hard card and two 1/2" fiber wads will take up the same space.
Deadlee Headlee SASS 54317 L
Claybuster 4100 wads have the same space and payload but use 8 petals instead of 4. If you patern a shotgun at 12 yards the 8 petal opens up about 4-6 inches more than the grey 12L wads do. Can be a nice safety for those edge hits. -Deadlee
Attica Jack #23953
Clay Busters are the way to go. If you are really pressed you can get them from Cheaper Than Dirt, a little more expensive, but available.
