Still No Cowboy Chronicle Deliverd To My Home

This is NOT a complaint about the PDF Version of the Cowboy Chronicle.

( All though I think it Stinks )

 

 

They took my money for me to keep the paper Cowboy Chronicle . .

I Still have not received my Cowboy Chronicle .

 

I called the powers too be and they said it was shipped ( But still nothing )

I called back and was told they will ship me another one right away ( BUT STILL NOTHING )

At this point I will make my complaint here !

 

I think SASS is forgetting that with out the MEMBERS .

There is NO SASS

Try to actually CALL someone at SASS so you can talk to a real person. Email is apparently not the best choice!!

Pretty sure MMR states he started off with 2 calls (to powers that be), to no avail. Evidently, that was akin to yelling into a black hole in outer space.

Something to keep in mind is that the USPS does not treat the Chronicle as 1st class mail, it is either shipped via the slower media rate or bulk rate

Hey MMR.....

 

Did you not get at least an "out of office" email reply from Misty? She was at the NRA show (she mentioned that on another thread) so I would think you would have received an auto-response saying she was out of town and will return on such-and-such date.

yup - plus it's not always the fault of SASS headquarters - it could be a USPS issue - I had a couple in the many years receiving it come very late and chewed up....stuff happens.

Just called and got a person .

I was told SASS never received and emails from me on this Issue. for real (BS )

Was told they will send me another one

I have still not ever got a response back from any one at SASS .

Its starting to look like the ship is taking on water

The May issue of the Chronicle, available on the web site, has an article by Tex on the hard copy. According to what he wrote there do not appear to be enough folks who want the printed version, at this time. Don't know which issue will be the last printed version but those who paid for one will be receiving their money back if the hard copy edition is ended.

Most of the members are older timers.........Most OTs will not be happy with this digital stuff
