Fast Enuff
Only concern is the front feet. Make sure that they're long enough that if someone does more than place a gun it might stay standing. If you bump into it or put the gun in hard, will it tip forward? Otherwise, I love it. Wish our range allowed vertical staging...
MTPOCKETS
Deuce Looks good, never like grounding a long gun that much. Always a chance to be over the muzzle when your moving fast. This seems to help solve that. MT Pockets

Oklahoma Dee
Looks like a great design. Round here, we have Cody-Dixon Shooters that shoot a myriad of Long barreled trapdoors, 24"-30" long- barreled lever action rifles and such. See how one of those would work. Keep up the good work. Turquoise Bill, SASS #39118
Hey Duce, That will work here in Cactus land, are you going to draw some final plans? I'd like to make a couple, looks like it's nice and compact. TB

Augustus Goodnight
Looks great Deuce. The T-Post solves what would be my only concern about it tipping over and it will keep the base footprint small which will help prevent a shooter from tripping over the legs. We have a couple of these type of vertical racks at Ben Avery (ACSA, Winter Range) except they're mounted to the interior walls of the stages. I really like them as opposed to ground vertical staging. Being able to put it anywhere, now that's a double thumbs up.

Appalachian Alan
I know its not what you designed it for, but seems that if there was a stage with no down range movement, you could restage the empty rifle cradled in the arms of the cactus. ( if it was turned a little ) Just adds a little more to the usefulness of the design.
