The new shooting season has arrived in eastern Oregon, and the first ever Virtue Flat Shootist Society shoot will be next Saturday, April 12th at the Powder River Sportsmans Club range just east of Baker City, Oregon. Shoots are planned for the second Saturday of the month now through October. We'll be competing by SASS category, with awards at the end of the season in October. Safety meeting at 8:30 AM, shooting begins at 9:00 AM. New-to-CAS shooters welcome, and buckaroos/buckarettes shoot for free! To get to the range, take exit 302 off of I-84 toward Richland, go past the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center and turn left under the pole arch.
