Widder, SASS #59054
what is this wart race place y'all speak of???? 'Wartrace'..... like War Trace. You been hidin out too long down in the swamps Shy Annie..... Wartrace earned the SASS Club of the Year 2013. I think they have 15 bays, most with either a store front building, a big barn and a corral (big corral). Visit their website and see the pixs of their range. Anyhow, its the kinda club that a person will get up and drive 3 1/2 hours just to shoot a monthly. Great folks and a beautiful Tn location. Should be a blast. Oh yea, one other thing.....Wartrace host the TN State in October. Ya really oughta think about driving down and enjoy some good shooting and some good eating at a little place known as the Bell Buckle restaurant. Probly some of the best viddles you will EVER taste. ..........Widder

Widder, SASS #59054
Jack, whats the difference in Senior GF and GF Senior. I'm listed as GF Senior although I signed up for just GF. Just curious as to those category differences. ..........Widder

Randy Saint Eagle, SASS # 64903
Jack, whats the difference in Senior GF and GF Senior. I'm listed as GF Senior although I signed up for just GF. Just curious as to those category differences. ..........Widder Widder, I'll have to check with Papa Dave on that. I checked the expanded scores and noticed the same thing. We are using the SASS scoring program and I don't know exactly how it works but I suspect someone set up Senior Gunfighter as a category and someone else set up Gunfighter Senior. We'll have to one of them deleted. It was great shooting with you Marshall WD and Hurricane Charley today, hope y'all can make it back soon. I know it's a long drive for a monthly match but we appreciate it. Good shooting today, you had a blazing run at the Fort. Reno Mustang posted about 10 minutes worth of video from the match, He got you on at least 3 stages. Your run at the Fort is at about the 8:45 mark. Hope to be able to make it to Cleveland to shoot with y'all before long. Randy
Elk Creek LeMieux
Looking at the scores it looks like y'all had a great turn out. Bunch of names on there I'd like to meet too, that I missed at the March match. Looking forward to the next time I'm off work!
Branchwater Jack SASS #88854
Jack, whats the difference in Senior GF and GF Senior. I'm listed as GF Senior although I signed up for just GF. Just curious as to those category differences. ..........Widder It is a glitch in the computer program... At some point, someone put in gunfighter senior as a category. So there are two categories in the software for SGF. The person entering in shooters has to watch out to ensure that when he is putting people in and there are multiple SGF, that he is using the same category for SGF. Really, we need to remove one to make sure it doesn't happen. And, when you register, the software already selects the category you last shot. The folks entering people check to see it is right, but some times they miss one or some times they make an assumption like oh, he must have forgotten to write down senior. Widder, SASS #59054
Thanks Randy and Jack. I had a great time yesterday and will for sure try to talk SLATER into driving down hopefully in the next couple months. The category is no big deal to me but when talkin with Randy before I left the range yesterday, I noticed it on the score sheet and he didn't realize it was there also. Anyhow, having your very own category does help in winning that category..... See Y'all Soon! ..........Widder

Elk Creek LeMieux
Are y'all performing flying lead changes? I think that's worth extra points in the horse world. If done right in CAS it should be like a bonus target.
