I had the pleasure of shooting with him for about 5 years or so in Ohio when I lived there. He is an awesome brewer & shared this recipe with me. I have made about 40 batches of this brew & little else. It's that good IMHO. So thanks to a fine shooter, an excellent brewer & a truly outstanding cowboy.
