Slow Poke Joe
This is an almost new rifle that has been fired less than 50 rounds. Twenty inch octagonal barrel with leather lever wrap. It has Johnny Meadows full action job and is incredibly smooth, accurate and reliable. It's one of the new models made after Taurus took over. Unfortunately, my back problems no longer allow me to shoot on a regular basis. Price is $575 shipped to your FFL in the lower 48 states. . Face to face to a Florida resident is possible. http://s1273.photobucket.com/user/drsrjoe/media/rifle/lft_zpsbcef706a.jpg.html?sort=3&o=
captqueeze
I've got one of these and you can't go wrong in buying. With what's been done to OP's gun it's also a good price.
John Barleycorn, SASS #76982
You may want to think twice about accepting PP for a firearm. If they find out, or something goes wrong with the transaction, they will freeze your account, lock you out from getting your money for 90 days, and you will get banned. My friend went through this a while back.

My friend went through this a while back. I am not questioning that this happened but I do not know how. I have Done pay-pal for years and they have never asked what I was buying or selling. If that be the case and there is no place on the transaction to identify the item, short of putting it in the notes section. how could they know what was being bought or sold. And for me it seems safer that PMO as what insures that I get my stuff when they have my PMO. with Pay-Pal I have an avenue to contest the sale. Not looking to be flamed just asking
Slow Poke Joe
Nemesis, I don't know the answer; but, come to think of it, the last time I listed on Gunbroker one of the options for payment was Paypal.

Not looking to be flamed just asking For the most part they won't know. Although a unknowing buyer could put in the remarks for 44 mag S&W. Or the item is damaged and your buyer goes to PP for a refund and tells them the S&W he bought off you and paid with PP was broke when it arrived and now wants to file a claim with PP. Two very bad scenarios, for a user who agreed not to use PP for firearms buying or selling in the small print. Yes, it's in there, and yes if they find out they will freeze your account and you will spend countless hours trying to straighten the matter out with antigun zealots who could care less that you need access to your money. Bottom line don't use PP for a firearms transaction. Will you get away with it? Probably it's when something goes wrong that you will regret it. Outlaw Gambler
Here is how it happened to me a few years ago. I sold a long gun to a guy and he wanted to use pay pal. In the notes on his end when he paid for it he entered payment for Winchester 1897 shotgun. A few days, maybe a week, later I get a notification that my account is frozen and will be notified of my status later. About a month went by without being able to get any information from Pay Pal and then I was told my funds were released and my account was still frozen and would not be allowed to use pay pal since it was used for a firearm sale or purchase. Directly against their rules. I with drew my funds and my account was closed. You can do it if neither party enters any thing about it being for a firearm. Since they now allow the buying, selling, and payment, for firearms parts it is a little easier.
Frio Canyon Ranger, SASS# 48850
I'll take the rifle. Send me a PM with the particulars on sending you payment. Hopefully a USPS Money Order is acceptable. Frio
