Cheyenne Culpepper 32827 Posted October 26, 2013 Posted October 26, 2013 the P 51 A, looked too much like a Messerschmitt and were often shoot at or down by friendly fire, the later versions with the bubble not only provided better visibility, but gave it a different look from the 109. did I mention I've flown in one?
