This guy goes to the bar, after work on Friday. He's a regular so they cash his check. He drinks beer & shoots pool all night. He sleeps on the pool table. The next day, he drinks beer & shoots pool all day and night. Again, he sleeps on the pool table. Same thing on Sunday, he drinks beer and shoots pool right up to closing time. This time, they throw him out before they lock up.

 

He goes home. His wife throws a huge fit. She says, "You drink beer & shoot pool all weekend. You come home at 1:00 A.M. , dirty and drunk with your whole paycheck gone. I haven't seen you for three days. How would you like it if you didn't see me for three days?"

 

He says, "I wouldn't mind that a bit."

 

Well, he didn't see her on Monday, he didn't see her on Tuesday, he didn't see her on Wednesday. On Thursday, the swelling went down a little and he could just see her a little bit, out of one eye.
