The court rarely gives reasons for their denial, but I was sure hoping for a win here in Maryland. http://www.supremecourt.gov/orders/courtorders101513zor_4g25.pdf Look for the Maryland Governor (O'Malley) and the Attorney General (Gansler) to be in the news gloating.
