Wakatomika Creek, Sass #30238 Posted October 24, 2013 Share Posted October 24, 2013 Jess, I noticed in your photos your open tops appear to have long firing pins. Have you had any problems with pierced primers?? I have a set of open tops (Uberti Stoeger) .45s that pierced primers from the factory. I stoned them down till only about .035 if an inch protuded from the recoil shield and now I use them regularly, and they work fine.
