I need to replace my indexing arm spring on the primer system assembly on my 650.
I have three springs that could be the right one. can anyone tell me if its the 1", 1 1/4", or 1 1/2"?

please don't tell me to call Dillon as I spent 20 minutes on the phone with them already.

the little arm you push to index primers has a spring on the back. mine took a nap.

as I recall mine is about an inch.... but longer shouldn't be a problem

while that's true, longer shouldn't hurt, I don't want to use the wrong one from the kit and be short when I need it elsewhere.

I recently had to replace mine and would have sworn it was a 1 1/2". But for now I'd say use whichever one works. That'll last you for a little while so you can wait the required time to get through to Dillon and have them send you a new one.

I just went out and found the spring in my spare parts bins.

Here are the measurements.

Length = 1"

Diameter = 3/16"

When the spring is on the primer index ring it will be 3/8" longer than the metal arm it fits over.
