Back when I was working, I was investigating a fatal wreck that had knocked down two power lines, both of which were still live. One of the local stations got passed thru the yellow tap by a rookie officer, drove his "ACTION NEWS!" van over both lines and was walking toward them asking me over his shoulder, "Can I move these for a better shot?". How do you know that the customer wasn't packing an M2 Bradley Fighting Vehicle on his hip? (They're equipped with a 25mm Bushmaster chain gun, and incidentally are quite effective on personnel).
