Hardpan Curmudgeon SASS #8967 Posted September 16, 2013 Share Posted September 16, 2013 Back on September 05, eleven days ago, USA Today not only reported that the fire was started by an illegal hunter's fire, they indicated that the culprit had been identified but "the USFS is withholding the hunter's name pending further investigation."
