I don't know if they are still open but the Golden Ox at the Kansas City Stockyards is a place that performs magic with good beef. One of the best I had was at the Herford House in old KCMo. Whoa is that good! Now you can call me REALLY weird!! That steak did look good and I wouldn't turn it down, just not a steak lover is all.
